Dr Chloe Sharp and Simon Sharp at work with a laptop

AI that fits how your team already works.

We look at how your team works now, find where AI could help, and co-design and test it with the people who will use it. The aim is a real workflow improved, with clear ownership and a way to tell whether it was worth it.

How we work

We start with the task, the people doing it and the information they use. The agent or AI workflow is designed from that work. We are not tied to any one tool, so we work with the ones you already have. Where a project needs specialist systems integration or engineering beyond our team, we scope it in explicitly with our partner, Toru.

Four ways we work with teams

For organisations that want to move past AI demonstrations: choosing a use case, testing it in practice and helping staff adopt it.

AI opportunity and workflow discovery

When people come to us

You can see possible uses for AI, but need to understand the work, pick a use case worth doing and decide where to start.

What you get

Workflow research, time with your staff, an assessment of the use cases and a recommended pilot scope.

AI agent and workflow pilots

When people come to us

You have a defined use case and access to the systems and information it needs, and want to test whether an AI-assisted workflow can do a useful job in your setting.

What you get

A working pilot, tested with users, with findings and a recommendation on whether and how to take it further.

AI adoption training

When people come to us

Your people have access to AI but need practical guidance on where it helps and how to use it in their roles.

What you get

Role-specific exercises, examples, guidance and supported practice, using your organisation's own work.

AI adoption and implementation support

When people come to us

A pilot has worked and you are moving to wider use. You need to refine the workflow, set ownership and help teams use it consistently.

What you get

Workflow improvements, user feedback, policies, AI champions, adoption support and measures for reviewing performance.
