Cookie policy

Last updated 9 October 2026

This cookie policy explains how Sharp Insight Ltd, trading as Codesign AI (“we”, “us”, or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website at codesignai.co.uk (the “Site”).

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device when you visit a website. They help websites function efficiently and provide information to the site owners.

Cookies can be:

  • Session cookies: temporary cookies that expire when you close your browser.
  • Persistent cookies: cookies that remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them.

How we use cookies

We use cookies to:

  • Ensure the Site functions properly.
  • Remember your cookie choices.
  • Understand how you use our Site, if you allow analytics cookies.

Types of cookies we use

Essential cookies

These cookies are necessary for the Site to function and cannot be switched off. They are usually set in response to actions you take, such as setting privacy preferences.

Squarespace essential cookies:

  • crumb: security token to prevent cross-site request forgery.
  • Session cookies: enable basic Site functionality.
  • ss_performanceCookiesAllowed, ss_marketingCookiesAllowed: record the cookie choices you make, so we do not ask again on every page.

Analytics cookies

These cookies help us understand how visitors use the Site by collecting and reporting information anonymously.

  • Squarespace Analytics: page views, visitor numbers and browsing behaviour.
  • ss_cvr, ss_cvt: Squarespace's own visitor and conversion tracking. These follow your performance cookie choice: decline performance cookies and they are not set.

We do not use marketing or advertising cookies on this Site.

Third parties

  • HubSpot: our “Book a call” buttons take you to a booking page on HubSpot's own site. HubSpot sets its own cookies there, under its own policy. It sets none on this Site.
  • Google Fonts: the Site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. This sets no cookie, but your browser does request a file from Google on every page.

Your cookie choices

You can accept or decline analytics cookies in the cookie banner when you first visit the Site. Most web browsers also let you view and delete cookies, block third-party cookies, block cookies from specific sites, or block all cookies. Blocking all cookies may affect how some parts of the Site work.

  • Chrome: Settings > Privacy and Security > Cookies and other site data.
  • Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data.
  • Safari: Preferences > Privacy > Cookies and website data.
  • Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions.

Do Not Track signals

Some browsers have “Do Not Track” features that send a signal to websites you visit indicating you do not want to be tracked. Our Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

Updates to this policy

We may update this cookie policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it was most recently revised.
